The Railway Men: The Untold Story of Bhopal
The first thing that struck me upon reflecting upon this series is why the Union Carbine disaster has never before been covered in film, at least to my knowledge. Sadly, the answer is probably because Americans don't and didn't really care what happened to a bunch of poor Indian people in 1984. The disaster in Indian was one of the most vile examples of corporate malfeasance ever inflicted upon humankind. Well thank heavens for the production team at Netflix for putting this to film. It's extremely engaging material and you will not find yourself bored one bit. I am sure if you give this series a chance you will find it as compelling as i did. Go Forth...
