Gyeongseong Creature

Wow, this is worth the hype. The film is set in Japanese occupied Korea at the end of WWII (1945) and the Japanese are conducting human experiments on the populace, then it turns into a monster movie...Its seems odd that this series has a lot of heart which is a unicorn in the Horror/monster movie genre and tt was going along just great..... until episode 7. This is where the show ALMOST lost me, just an awfully written episode right in the middle of what was exceptional stuff up 'til that point. Its like they forgot how to write for one episode?? Weird, but i got past it and got through until the end. If you never seen a Korean series they tend to go over the top with the melodrama so some of it is truly cringeworthy, but the story is too good to be ignored. It's not a perfect series, but it is damn good and worth the rather long time it takes to get to the end.
